FAFL Today: Wednesday 06/15/11

Food:

  • Yoghurt with crumbles of home made muesli bars
  • one of those muesli bars
  • strawberries
  • a burger of bread, tomato, salad, cucumber, barbecue sauce, feta, ketchup, garlic sauce and hot sauce
  • a mini burrito with refried beans, salad, tomato, cucumber and vegan sour cream*
  • a twix
  • some chocolate

*We have this new place on the 1 km between my work and my home…fuck: vegan, cheap, yumm mexican/spanish food. The stuff I used to be addicted to in California.. Well not as good but still… Good part: the servings are really small, so even if I crave it I will be satisfied but won’t overeat

FAFL Today: Tuesday 06/14/11

Food:

  • Yoghurt with crumbles of home made muesli bars
  • “Coffee”
  • French fries with ketchup*
  • Strawberries
  • Some baguette with self made tofu tomato cream
  • Spinach with whatever I’ll find in the emptyish fridge :D

Weight:

  • 60.3 kg or 133 lbs **

*My stomach was sooo upset. It hurt so bad I could barely walk. Saturday we ate pizza and the same happend. My body refuses to take that crap any longer. Kind of cool, kind of hard to handle.

**I didn’t drink enough the last few days (and it was better that way). The eating wasn’t great either but since all the stores (or better: the few they had) were closed it was at least not tooo much of it. Think my weight will go up a little as soon as I am hydrated enough again.

Food:

  • pita filled with feta cheese and tomato (so many tomatos today :D)

FAFL Today: Thursday 06/09/11

Food:

  • a banana
  • 3 buns with cream cheese/margine/honey/cheese
  • Water melon
  • An Egg
  • 2 pieces of a vegan extreme chocolate attack cake (totally worth it :)
  • 1 “coffee”
  • two slices of whole grain bread with two tomatos
  • heavy snacking on the muesli bars I just baked :)

Weight:

  • 60,4 kg or 133 lbs*

*A new record!! 1st: lowest weigh since…2000-something and 2nd: 60kg two days in a row. Like a boss.

By the way: My stove works again!!!

FAFL Today: Monday 06/06/2011

Food:

  • Quaker’s Dinosaur Egg Oatmeal* with 1/3 apple and 1/2 banana
  • 2 table spoons of nutella
  • A panini with tomato and some mozarella
  • Water melon
  • a 3,5% fat peach yoghurt
  • a slice of whole grain bread with cream cheese and tomato and cucumber (plus the rest of the apple)

Weight:

* Crazy story how this got into my hands. Too long for this post. But I need this now everyday. And yes i did  pick all the little dinosaurs out of the oatmeal and on the top of everything to enjoy them more. I freaking love dinosaurs and dinosaur oazmeal is like a dream come true! Oh why Germany, why can’t you give me this oatmeal and the lose it-app?



Oh and a picture of today’s outfit. It’s really hot here in Germany but it will get even warmer in July/Agust so I decided to wear something I don’t normally wear. And I will do this all summer. I cut the jeans off but as always I’ve been so excited to do so that I totally messed it up. I rolled them up a bit and it looks alright. Too short/long for my tats and too short for my legs :D Anyway felt good wearing that. I bought this top in America so it has emotional value to me. I find it too “open” but whatever my boobs look big in it so I like it :D Plus I feel as in California eating the original Quaker’s oatmeal and wearing the shirt

I checked in like every mirror because I wasn’t quite sure about the whole look. (After riding my bike, going to the bathroom etc I have to roll the pants up again because one is all up high and the other one is almost at my knee and I had a longsleeve in my purse all day in case I feel too naked :D)

  • Sandwich made of 2 slices of whole grain bread, cream cheese, tomato and cucumber
  • Burger bun with grilled cheese, tomato, cucumber, ketchup and garlic sauce
  • Rice-Cake-Pb-Apple-Sandwich
  • Candy strings

  • a glass of vanilla soy milk
  • yoghurt with two layers of strawberries and 1/2 banana
  • a mini-baguette with self-made tofu-tomato-cream
  • soup of broccoli, asparagus, potato, spinach and soy milk

Weight:

  • 62,4 kg or 137.5 lbs (as expected. but 60 told me he thinks about seing me again ;)

FAFL Today: Wednesday 06/01/11

Food:

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread with cream cheese, tomtato and 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cottage cheese with 1.5 peaches
  • buttload of parmesan (but i prevented a binge(and purge) that way)
  • nutella and chocolate..gosh my parents need to hide that 
  • the infamous quattro fromaggi pizza (won’t order it again. it’s great but I just didn’t enjoy it as I used to. kind of awesome)
  • some slices of cheese

FAFL Today: Tuesday 05/31/11

Food:

  • Binge. And Purge. (Great way to start the day and I am very ashamed to write this down. But it hasn’t been as bad as ususally. Actually you can’t even call it purging. But I am extremly sorry that I let myself and you guys down. Although I am proud to be honest about it. It took me quite some time to admit it.)
  • vegan bolognese sauce (I ate is as soup)
  • walnuts
  • 2 rice cracker-apple-pb-strawberry-sandwiches
  • 2 energy bars (87 cal and 154 cal)
  • cottage cheese and a peach

Exercise:

  • 60 minutes of swimming (1.8 km) (either I miscounted this time or the last one because I was pretty fast but it took like 3 times as long. but keeping track of the lanes is kind of hard if you think about other stuff)

Weight:

  • 61,2 kg or 135 lbs

Okay. I am really pissed at myself for the crappy behaviour in the morning but I gotta say besides that I was fucking awesome. My allergies were so bad (despite the heavy medication) that my boss and co-workers send me home as soon as I got there. Then it started to storm and rain really hard and I did not only considered dropping the swimming that I didn’t do in the morning because I coulnd’t open my allergy-plastered eyes I kind of decied to stay at home, overdose my anti-allergy-medication and be lazy. I was seriously thinking I was dying. My whole skin iteched so much, my eyes were itching too, swollen, red, hurting, my nose didn’t stop running, was also itchy, I was having sneeze attacks of like 27 sneezes in a row, my throat was sore and I needed to make animalistic noises to scratch it (creepy I know). 5 minutes later I convinced my lazy self to do the suicide bike-ride to the natatorium in my hardcore weather mountain bike gear… on a little old lady’s bike :D

Yay me (after 10 a.m.)

Now 7.15 p.m. I think I gonna go sleeping :D

I am really tired and exhausted due to the exercise and body’s stress because of the allergy.
