Here we go again!

A new year, a new blog.

I was about to update my original fitness blog GettingSomethingDone but reconsidered. The words I wrote there are still important to me and a reminder of my “fitness spirit”. I want to be able to go back to this blog the way it is.

Therefore I added a sub blog to GettingSomethingDone: GettingSomethingDone2012.


So if you still care about my fitness journey follow GettingSomethingDone2012 and I will be happy to share my transition with you.

Great day ahead (because I’ll make it great)

I have to bring the car back to my parents’ and I’ll put my mountain bike in it.. (Well I’ll try it’s a Mini Cooper Clubman :D) and ride for 2 hours or so in the area of an old, closed open-face-mine. Then shower at their house if they aren’t at home and go to work.

Yeah…worrrrk. Today everybody will drive out to the lakes and noooobody will show up and we will extreme boredom. Last time we totally ate every two minutes because we had nothing else to do.

Today I am way better prepared: two new books, a charged IPhone, earphones, charged camera and: packed, healthy food:

  • soup of asparagus, broccoli potato, spinach and soy milk
  • water melon (maybe I can pick some strawberries at a field or so, too)
  • apple-rice cake-pb-sandwiches
  • GUM
  • whole grain bread-tomato-cucumber-cream-cheese-sandwich

Something I noticed: I feel so much better when eating healthy. I thought it is only my mind because I don’t feel as fat or whatever but no it’s my body, too. It is stronger and feels more active. Plus as I kind of predicted the 62,4 kg are now a 61,6 kg. So I know that it is easy to lose weight. It’s just hard to not lose focus.

Later me and my friends might go to the lake. Not “quite” feeling like a bomb shell but whatever. I am not going to have no fun and stay home just because I don’t look a certain way.

*As you can see I did not crop my tattoos out or covered them. That is a big step out of this tumblr anonymity. I will show my followers my face and everything. I just don’t feel comfortbale enough yet to let everybody I know in real life know about my body, struggles, b/p. Of course my name and personal posts give away much but a picture is something different for me.  So I hope you guys respect that and understand that this is not a lack of trust in YOU.

Didn’t expect that reorganizing my closet would make me feel that fit ;D
